Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Co-op to join our dynamic Market Research team. The co-op will assist the Market Research Lead with designing and executing both primary and secondary research projects. The successful candidate will support the team by delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, identifying critical marketing insight gaps across healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers, and collaborating with global teams to share insights, ensuring alignment and knowledge transfer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Market Research Lead in designing and executing primary and secondary research projects.
  • Support the delivery of actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in leveraging data to identify critical marketing insight gaps across HCPs and consumers.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share insights, ensuring alignment and knowledge transfer.
  • Help manage the market research budget effectively.
  • Aid in synthesizing data from multiple sources into compelling, story-driven insights.
  • Contribute to the support of growth and enhancement of strategic decision-making through innovative approaches.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Basic understanding of market research methodologies and principles.
  • Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 12-month co-op (September 2025 ~ September 2026).
  • Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in market research or data analysis.
  • Experience with survey design and execution.
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into compelling, story-driven insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date.

Benefits

  • While GSK embraces a flexible work environment, we do require certain positions to be onsite. Candidates who are hired for an on-site role or hybrid role, and reside outside of 50-miles from their assigned work location, are eligible for relocation stipend. This is a one-time payment to help offset housing & relocation expenses. Please refer to the position details for the requirements of each position. 
  • GSK Interns and Co-ops are offered a competitive hourly pay rate and benefits. Please note, benefits eligibility determined the month following date of hire.
  • This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at GSK. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on several factors, including educational degree obtained.
    In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirement.

    • Pay Rate Range: $21/hr to $40/hr
