Department Description

Market Access - Trade & Distribution, Co-op

This team supports the full order lifecycle and QA efforts within Market Access Trade & Distribution. We work closely with cross-functional teams and internal customer support teams.T&D supports large customer accounts as well as our direct ordering customers from ordering assistance, returns validation, and general customer assistance (call center). This team has a strong focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Job Description

This role will span across the total T&D Ops team (Claims, Returns, Adjustments, QA) with a focus on documentation management. 

 

A critical component of this work is maintaining clear, accurate, and accessible documentation that supports both frontline customer service teams and back – office operations. As the organization continues to evolve, the department is understanding a large – scale initiative to modernize and migration its knowledge and document management systems to improve usability, consistency, and accessibility.

  • Support the migration of content, knowledge articles, and documentation for T&D into a centralized platform.
  • Review, audit, and organize existing content to eliminate duplication, outdated materials, and inconsistencies.
  • Standardize documentation using defined templates, naming conventions, and formatting guidelines.
  • Partner closely with team members / stakeholders to capture, update, and validate process documentation.
  • Track migration progress and maintain documentation inventory.
  • Tag and categorize content to improve searchability and usability for end users.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a structured knowledge base of customer service and ops teams.
  • Support change management efforts in helping communicate updates and new documentation to end users.
  • Support claims and adjustment specialists on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in MIS, Info Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the duration of the 6 month co-op (September 2026 ~ March 2027).
  • Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of standard business intelligence tools and reporting software (ex. Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Interest in process improvement, documentation, or operations.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date.

Benefits

  • While GSK embraces a flexible work environment, we do require certain positions to be onsite. Candidates who are hired for an on-site role or hybrid role, and reside outside of 50-miles from their assigned work location, are eligible for relocation stipend. This is a one-time payment to help offset housing & relocation expenses. Please refer to the position details for the requirements of each position. 
  • GSK Interns and Co-ops are offered a competitive hourly pay rate and benefits. Please note, benefits eligibility determined the month following date of hire.
  • This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at GSK. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on several factors, including skills, competencies, experience, educational degree obtained, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.

    In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirement.

    • Pay Rate Range: $22/hr to $43/hr
